• Arrival: you can enter your room at 3 p.m.
• Departure: you shall leave your room until 10 a.m.
• Your reservation is valid only after we have received the down-payment of Euro 200.00 per room.
• An easy and tax-free down-payment via e-mail is possible with the debit hobex form.
• By entering your bank data you authorize the debit on your bank account. The acquisition or your data is safe and encoded.
• A tax-free EU standard transfer on our bank account at Raika Tux, IBAN AT54 3634 2000 0002 8811, BIC: RZTIAT22342 is also possible.
• In case of binding room reservations we calculate an empty bed charge according to the international hotel regulation if you leave the hotel earlier or if you cancel your stay on short notice.
